Fair Use of Server Resources
This Fair Use Policy ("FUP") outlines acceptable and unacceptable use of Vortexa ("Vortexa") hosting services to ensure fair and responsible usage. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
• Use Vortexa's services in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure your activities do not negatively impact the performance or reliability of the server for other users.
Free hosting is intended for one account per person. You may not create or maintain multiple free accounts to bypass server limits, resource caps, or other restrictions.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
• Registering additional accounts under different email addresses, identities, or linked providers
• Using alternate accounts, automation, or evasion techniques to obtain extra free servers or capacity
• Sharing, selling, or transferring free accounts to circumvent per-user limits
If you need more resources, upgrade through our store or contact support — do not create extra free accounts.
Violations may result in deletion of servers, suspension or termination of one or more accounts, and blocking of future sign-ups. Vortexa may enforce this policy using technical and manual review.
Discord Bots — One Bot per Server
For Discord bot hosting (free and premium), each server may run only one Discord bot unless your plan description explicitly allows multiple bots on a single server.
You may not run multiple Discord bots on the same server to share one set of resources, reduce hosting costs, or work around Discord API rate limits. Each bot should use its own server (and its own bot token) so traffic stays within fair per-server limits.
Need to host more Discord bots? Create an additional server for each bot where your account limits allow, or choose a premium plan that documents multi-bot support on one server.
Violations may result in forced shutdown, server deletion, or account action under this policy.
• Do not engage in activities that cause excessive bandwidth usage, server overloads, or network disruptions.
• Avoid running spam bots, nuke bots, or any automated systems such as selfbots designed to flood the network or server.
